What We Do
Implants International Limited launched in 2005, and has since evolved into a modern, proactive, and multidisciplinary bio-engineering Company dedicated to excellence in the Arthroplasty, Trauma, and Spinal Implant sectors.
3D Computer-aided design (CAD) and Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), is backed up by a range of the latest Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Multi-Axis manufacturing and inspection systems. Our well-equipped Quality Control Department is housed in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment.
Manufacturing is situated within this site and is also supported by various ancillary processes associated with recognised GMP, within the medical industry.

Our dedicated ISO Class 7 Clean room is being validated and will come on-stream in 2027/28
Our facility is Quality Assured to:
- ISO 13485:2016
- FDA to 21 CFR 820 STD
We offer a wide range of high-quality products that are also US FDA 510k Approved. These products are used around the world, including the USA and Japan.
Where We Are Located
Our UK facility is in the North East of the UK in Thornaby-on-Tees, North Riding of Yorkshire, easily accessible just off the A19.
